I started the family business 10 years ago in 2007 when I decided to use my agricultural background and experience from Grahams Environmental to start up on my own. Based in Fettercairn, our location is ideal for accessing our client base predominantly based across Angus, and the Mearns.

I was nervous about going out alone however I felt that I could provide a much more personal service tailored to the customers individual needs. Growing up within a farming family, I was exposed to the issues pests could cause and how important it was to protect our livelihood from the impact of unwanted visitors.

By providing businesses and domestic customers with discreet prevention measures, Dalgetty Pest Control help them avoid the stress and upset that is caused when an invasion takes hold.

Over the years I have seen them all; wasps, rabbits, moles, seagulls, rats, mice, maggots, flies, cockroaches, bed bugs you name the pest, I’ve dealt with it. 

In the heat of the moment it can be very traumatic and distressing for those impacted; be it business owners, employees or family members. It is a priority of mine, to minimise this by being discreet and efficient, therefore reducing the knock on effects.
